We proudly ship from our Canadian warehouses directly to customers across Canada!

Our mission is to make sure you receive your order quickly, safely, and at a fair price. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your products. If anything’s unclear, don’t hesitate to reach out to us — we're always here to help.

📨 Order Notifications

  • A confirmation email once your order is placed
  • A follow-up if shipping will take longer than 5 business days
  • A final notification with tracking details once your order ships
  • For local deliveries without tracking, we’ll provide the driver’s name and contact info

If you opted in for SMS updates, you’ll receive these notifications by text as well.

💵 Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping on most Canadian orders over $149 (before tax)
  • Orders under $149: Flat shipping rate of $24.99
  • Orders under $50: Additional $12.99 handling fee applies

❗ Exceptions to Free Shipping

  • Newfoundland: $40 flat-rate shipping
  • Yukon, NWT, Nunavut: $100 flat-rate shipping
  • Oversized or heavy shipments to these regions may incur extra charges — we’ll contact you before shipping

In rare cases where shipping costs are too high or unavailable, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

📦 Shipping Times & Warehousing

We ship most in-stock items the next business day. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

We ship from multiple Canadian warehouses in Ontario and Alberta for faster delivery.

If something’s out of stock, we’ll notify you right away with options and an estimated delivery timeframe.

🛻 Local Deliveries

For customers near our Guelph, Ontario location (within 50 km), we may handle deliveries through our local team. These may not include tracking, but we’ll provide contact information for your delivery driver.

📮 Shipping Partners

We ship with trusted Canadian carriers including UPS, Purolator, Loomis, and regional freight services for larger items. For local deliveries, we may use other reliable courier partners as needed.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If something’s not right, let us know within 24 hours of receiving your delivery:

  • Incorrect or missing items
  • Shipping damage (please inspect your order upon arrival)

Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund, so please check your items even if you’re not installing them right away.

📬 Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages. We’ll send tracking information for each as they ship.

🏡 Accurate Address Info

Please double-check your shipping details during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Any additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect info are the customer's responsibility.

If we notice a problem, we’ll contact you before shipping to resolve it.

🌎 Remote Area Surcharge

In rare cases where shipping access is limited, additional fees may apply. We’ll always contact you first before finalizing your order.
